- 1.5 teaspoons Double Strength Vegetable Rennet
- Saturated Brine
Process
- Heat Milk to 90°F, slowly
- Sprinkle Culture over the top, let hydrate one minute
- Stir for one minute
- Let milk ripen for 30 minutes
