Carnitas Proto recipe
- Meaty Joints of Pork - 20-60 lbs
- Lard to cover
- Add Orange Juice and Mexican Coke
- Simmer 4 hours or overnight
- Add smoked chilis salt and oregano
- Strain out Extra Lard
- Vacuum Pack 1 lb for $15
