Jacob Springs Farm Store carries frozen, you-bake cookie dough in the freezer.

Instructions at Home

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Cut frozen dough Into cookie-sized lumps
  • Place cookie dough on a buttered pan
  • Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes

Chocolate Chip

  • 2 cups salted butter - softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 cups light brown sugar packed
  • 4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 4 cups chocolate chips (14 oz)

Doubled

  • 4 cups salted butter - softened
  • 4 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 cups light brown sugar packed
  • 8 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 cups all purpose flour
  • 4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 teaspoons sea salt
  • 8 cups chocolate chips (28 oz)

  • 12 pounds butter
  • 10.5 lbs sugar
  • 11 lbs Brown Sugar
  • 8.25 fl oz Vanilla Extract
  • 48 large eggs
  • 6.6 lbs whole wheat flour
  • 13.2 lbs AP Flour
  • 280 grams baking soda
  • 60 grams baking powder
  • 120 grams Kosher salt
  • 168 oz Chocolate chips (10.5 lbs)

Should total just under 70 lb or just under 350 large cookies

Mix wet ingredients in mixer with dough hook Add dry ingredients in 2 parts After mixing put dough into sausage stuffer

Fill 3" plastic tube to 35 cm / 14" for 1.75 lb tubes (8 huge 3.5 oz cookies) or 7' for 14 oz retail sale - $7 per tube bake 375 for 10-12 min (home kitchen) or 325 for 10-12 (blodgett convection oven) - 2 per silicone mat - 4 per sheet tray

  • 4tsp sugar
  • 2tsp salt
