Carnitas Proto recipe

  1. Meaty Joints of Pork - 20-60 lbs
  2. Lard to cover
  3. Add Orange Juice and Mexican Coke
  4. Simmer 4 hours or overnight
  5. Add smoked chilis salt and oregano
  6. Strain out Extra Lard
  7. Vacuum Pack 1 lb for $15
