- for 15 lbs Ground Pork - Fatty is Best - 70/30 or MORE fat
- 10 fl oz - 20 TBS Paprika
- 5 fl oz - 10 Tbs Cayenne
- 5 fl oz - 10 Tbs Ancho
- 5 fl oz - 10 Tbs Guajillo
- 5 fl oz - 10 Tbs Garlic Powder
- 5 fl oz - 10 Tbs Cumion
- 5 fl oz - 10 Tbs Oregano
- 5 fl oz - 10 Tbs Coriander
- 2.5 fl oz - 5 Tbs Cinnamon
- 2.5 fl oz - 5 Tbs Ground Cloves
- 10 fl oz - 20 TBS Red Wine Vinegar
