The Applications Committee(SHOULD THIS BE CALLED "ADMISSIONS COM"???) of Tembo Falls College is a made of selected students plus one staff member who will lead the evaluation and admissions process. Students being best able to evaluate their peers, evolve criteria for their selection and exercise their responsibility and authority within the admissions process.

The College will annually seek to recruit 100+ applicants from young people of the highest intellectual and moral caliber from all walks of life within Zambia and beyond. Through the student-led Applications Committee,

They will then admit 12-14 students to become the next year's incoming class. By accepting a free education at Tembo Falls College, a student agrees to live a life of dedication to the ideal of Christian service to humanity.

The committee will develop their own criteria, likely including a number of essays and potentially tests to determine the finalists and potentially involving a week-long student visit including an interview and a chance for applicants to attend classes and labor alongside the student body.
