Farm programs are individual economic units of a farms production. A farm may have one or more programs which each contribute to the farm's success. "Everything farms" pursuing economies of scope or farms employing diversification to avoid reliance on a limited number of markets may have multiple programs which each contribute to the success of the farm.
Examples of farm programs
- meat chickens
- chicken eggs through the Eggmobile
- raw milk
- layer feed
- CSA
