Jacob Springs Farm produces grass-fed beef for the locker trade and for it's Meat CSA.

Prior to purchasing mother cows for the Jacob Springs raw milk program in 2013 or their first calving in early 2015, the Jacob Springs beef program was run as a stocker/finisher operation, purchasing steers from other area farms or the livestock auction and finishing them on grass.

A limited number of whole and half animals are available on a yearly basis. Harvest is typically in the late fall.
