Jacob Springs Farm produces grass-fed beef for the locker trade and for it's Meat CSA. The herd consists of several heritage breeds in purebred and crossbreed animals. Breeds include American Milking Devon, Highlander, British White, Shorthorn and Jersey.

2013 & 2014

Prior to purchasing mother cows for the Jacob Springs raw milk program in 2013, the Jacob Springs beef program was run as a stocker/finisher operation, purchasing steers from other area farms or the livestock auction and finishing them on grass.
