Jacob Springs Farm produces grass-fed beef for the locker trade and for it's Meat CSA.
2013 & 2014
Prior to purchasing mother cows for the Jacob Springs raw milk program in 2013 or their first calving in early 2015, the Jacob Springs beef program was run as a stocker operation, purchasing steers from other area farms or the livestock auction and finishing them on grass.

A limited number of whole and half animals are available on a yearly basis. Harvest is typically in the late fall.
