==Process for Making Yogurt and Fruit Cups==
*Get 8, clean 1/2 pint jars (cup jars)
*Get 1/2 pint of peach jam, pear sauce or apple sauce (or use half of a 1 pint jar. 
*Take 2 quarts of [[yogurt]]
*Make Chia Pudding
**Empty one quart of yogurt into a half gallon milk jar
**Add 3 x 1 oz scoops of sugar
**Add 1/2 pint off chia seeds
**Stir
**Add ~ 3 oz of pudding to each cup
**Set aside for 20-30 minutes (or better yet 2-3 hours in fridge) 
*Make vanilla Yogurt
**Add 2 x 1 oz scoop of sugar to 1 quart of yogurt
**Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
**Stir or shake with lid
*Fill cups
**After cups with chia pudding have rested 20 min to 3 hours (or overnight)
**Add one oz scoop of jam
**Fill to top with vanilla yogurt
