Yogurt and Chia Fruit Cups

Process for Making Yogurt and Fruit Cups

  • Get 8, clean 1/2 pint jars (cup jars)
  • Get 1/2 pint of peach jam, pear sauce or apple sauce (or use half of a 1 pint jar.
  • Take 2 quarts of yogurt
  • Make Chia Pudding
    • Empty one quart of yogurt into a half gallon milk jar
    • Add 3 x 1 oz scoops of sugar
    • Add 1/2 pint off chia seeds
    • Stir
    • Add ~ 3 oz of pudding to each cup
    • Set aside for 20-30 minutes (or better yet 2-3 hours in fridge)
  • Make vanilla Yogurt
    • Add 2 x 1 oz scoop of sugar to 1 quart of yogurt
    • Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    • Stir or shake with lid
  • Fill cups
    • After cups with chia pudding have rested 20 min to 3 hours (or overnight)
    • Add one oz scoop of jam
    • Fill to top with vanilla yogurt
