Jacob Springs Spiced Molasses Cookies

  Ingredients
   Jacob Springs butter
   Jacob Springs Organic whole-wheat flour
   Organic cane sugar
   molasses
   egg
   baking soda
   sea salt
   vanilla extract
   cinnamon
   ginger
   cloves
   

Instructions for baking dough:

   Thaw in fridge 24-72 hours. Preheat the oven to 325. Place about 1/4 cup cane sugar in small bowl.

Roll the batter into small balls (about 1-inch in diameter) and roll each ball in sugar to coat all sides. Place each ball on an ungreased baking sheet, about 2 inches part. Bake at 325 for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown on top.

Jacob Springs Chocolate Chip Cookies

  Ingredients:
   Jacob Springs Organic whole wheat flour
   Jacob Springs butter
   Organic cane sugar
   molasses
   egg
   chocolate chips
   baking soda
   vanilla
   salt
   vanilla extract
   Instructions for dough:


   Thaw in fridge 24-72 hours. Preheat the oven to 375F, and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

   Scoop the dough into tablespoonful-sized balls and place on the prepared baking sheets. Bake, 8 to 10 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cookies have solid edges (the centers will be soft). Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool down completely.
