Jacob Springs Farm raises one batch of pastured organic turkey every year in time for thanksgiving.
Some of the turkeys are a part of the meat CSA and others are sold live to customers. Prior to Thanksgiving a cooperative ushering(slaughter) date is scheduled where everyone who has purchased a Turkey can work together to process their birds.
We ordered 60 turkeys for delivery 48 were shipped due to shortages at the hatchery. 43 should reach harvest.
