Yogurt and Chia Fruit Cups

Process for Making Yogurt and Fruit Cups
- Get 8, clean 1/2 pint jars (cup jars)
- Get 1/2 pint of peach jam, pear sauce or apple sauce (or use half of a 1 pint jar.
- Take 2 quarts of yogurt
- Make Chia Pudding
- Empty one quart of yogurt into a half gallon milk jar
- Add 3 x 1 oz scoops of sugar
- Add 1/2 pint off chia seeds
- Stir
- Add ~ 3 oz of pudding to each cup
- Set aside for 20-30 minutes (or better yet 2-3 hours in fridge)
- Make vanilla Yogurt
- Add 2 x 1 oz scoop of sugar to 1 quart of yogurt
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Stir or shake with lid
- Fill cups
- After cups with chia pudding have rested 20 min to 3 hours (or overnight)
- Add one oz scoop of jam
- Fill to top with vanilla yogurt
- Label and set out for sale in Jacob Springs Farm Store
